Are you having difficulty building a business case for developing your people? Come see how a unique, whole system Organization Development

approach can assist you in measuring the hidden costs and missed potential that accrue when organizations neglect human development.

By accurately capturing the costs associated with absenteeism, industrial injury, occupational diseases, staff turnover, non-quality and direct productivity gaps, a powerful case emerges for listening to and addressing the needs of employees and other stakeholders. This workshop will move between brief lectures, exercises, and discussion.

The speakers will share a practical method for measuring waste not explicitly captured in traditional financial reporting. It will include

a case study exploring employee motivation, including: a) core concepts for employee motivation, b) the OD process and culture, as well as c) identifying the disconnects between what the organization espouses and what it really believes.
