As part of Mori Building's business continuity considerations, it has implemented a combined heat and power facility at Roppongi Hills which allows it to generate its own electricity, using TEPCO- supplied power only when the gas supply has been interrupted.



Michael Madigan, Manager of the Strategic Planning Unit, will begin the event by explaining those steps that Mori Building has taken as part of its business continuity plan. He will then lead the group down to the B6 level, where they will be able to view the Roppongi Hills Energy Center, which is operated by Roppongi Energy Service Co., Ltd., a Mori Building Group Company.



The group will tour the Roppongi Hills Energy Center for approximately 20 minutes and listen to an explanation of the functions, capabilities, and facilities.

Participants are asked to meet at the Reception Desk in the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower main lobby, which is just inside the entrance in front of the large spider sculpture on the plaza. All participants are asked to allow enough time to arrive at the lobby, get an entry card and proceed to the 14th floor by 13:00. Participants arriving after 13:00 will be unable to join the event.



Additionally, all participants will be asked to submit a name card in exchange for an entry card to gain access to the 14th floor presentation space.
