For our June Workshop, we have some questions for you, namely:
Does your company have the detailed systems, forms and guidelines
necessary to maximize the potential of your sales force?
Does your sales reps have clear guidelines as to who they should be
targeting, how often they should be visiting clients and
prospectives・ and how they should be preparing for every sales call?
Are your sales managers required to provide regular, structured and
individualized training for their sales reps?
More importantly, do your sales reps and sales managers clearly
understand what is expected of them, and the repercussions they will
face if they do not adhere to the organization痴 guidelines and
requirements?
Our June presentation will be based around some of Zane痴 Inglis
personal experiences that have demonstrated the clear need for
effective systems, forms and guidelines within organizations and
thereby the importance of those questions. Having spent 20+ years
working as a sales rep, sales manager and sales director in various
industries and organizations, Zane has impressive personal experience
in dealing with both structured and unstructured sales organizations.
On that foundation, he will discuss examples of problems he has come
across and how they could have been avoided by the use of a more
structured approach to running a sales organization.
Following the initial presentation, Zane will conduct a short workshop
to provide the participants with practical ideas and examples that
will help improve their sales or those of their employees. Attendees
will be encouraged to give examples of issues they have come
across in their organizations/sales experience, how they solved them
and if not, perhaps gain 殿nswers・from round the room.
Mr. Inglis comes to us with experience initial horned in New Zealand,
after graduating with a degree in International Relations & Japanese
Business from International Pacific College. Before joining Sales
Institute Japan KK, he was more recently employed as Director of Sales
& Marketing (Japan) Metropolis & Japan Inc Communications. We believe
that this will be yet another not-to-be missed Workshop by
the B2B Sales committee. Please join us.
