Have you ever wondered...
* Why do customers take so long to make up their minds?
* How you can stop wasting time on leads that actually lead nowhere - those numerous mis-leads?
* How you can increase your business without pressurizing the prospective?
In this month's B2B Sales workshop, our seasoned coach will present the unique "Stop Selling!" approach that goes beyond the consultative selling method and shines a new light in the sometimes dark tunnel of "sales activity."
The "Stop Selling!" approach provides coaching principles for sales people to not only understand their customers' situations, challenges and needs at a deeper level, but also to focus the seller on the "buying process," NOT the "selling process."
Salespeople may agree that it is often quite difficult for buyers to fully understand their own situation and challenges. Hence, it will be the prime task of this workshop to provide tools to the salesperson that assists the buyers in discovering their own situation, helping them make a buying decision sooner than if they were to rely entirely on themselves. In that sense, it is expected that one of the take-a-ways of this workshop will be how to become a coach to the buyer and thereby shorten the time required for a buying decision - reducing the sales cycle length.
In this workshop, you will be challenged to shift your perspective from the "seller" to the "buyer" and to understand the effectiveness of thinking as if you are buying instead of selling. This workshop is designed to be rather interactive and will endeavor to provide take-a-ways on how to win true trust in a short time from buyers.
