Mr. Peter Handal, CEO of one of the oldest training companies in the world, will address the organizational impact of turbulent times, particularly addressing recent events in Japan. He will talk about how these changes affect our organizations and the people in them. He will also describe the Culture for Change which is necessary in our
organizations in order to create a sustainable climate for engaged employees able to adapt to the turbulent times in which we live.
About the Facilitator:
Mr. Peter V. Handal is Chairman and CEO of Dale Carnegie Training, one of the oldest training companies in the world, and one of a small number
of U.S. companies that have made it past the 100 mark unscathed. Previously, Mr. Handal was President of COWI International Group, a management consulting firm working with companies in the U.S. and Eastern Europe, CEO of a children's apparel and accessories company which manufactured products in 22 countries, as well as working at Exxon Corporation in the Treasurer's and New Investments Departments. Mr. Handal has a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Dale Carnegie is in 86 countries and delivers in 30 languages around the world.
