For those of you who have dreams of starting your own business but do not know how to get started, especially when it comes to things you won't learn in business school, come and listen to ACCJ President, Michael Alfant, share his breadth of knowledge. In addition to being a prominent leader of the ACCJ, he was the founder of Fusion Systems, an IT Solutions Company based in Tokyo, which was acquired for $60 million in 1999. Following this he founded Building2, a technology investment company which launched several successful companies. Now he is the CEO of Fusion Systems, which he re-launched in November of 2005. Fusions Systems is headquartered in Tokyo, with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is a highly sought after speaker, having given presentations at Stanford University, Hitotsubashi University, Japan-America Society's e-Business Round Table, Entrepreneurs Association of Tokyo and many American Chamber of Commerce events.
