The ACCJ KISS Charity Concert began from a generous offer to ACCJ Kansai from the Canadian Academy to find a way to utilize their facilities for the benefit of the students and the local community. Now in the 4th year since its inauguration in 2009 the concert continues to attract amateur and professional talent from the students and local community. Beneficiaries of the concert were selected from NPO’s that support children in need and were willing to work ‘hand-in-hand’ with the students of K.I.S.S. The Poco a Poco Orphanage in Amagasaki and the ‘Child Chemo House’ are our original beneficiary NPO’s and have received funds and support from us for the past 3 years. The ACCJ KISS Charity Concert will continue to support them from the proceeds of the concert and the students of K.I.S.S. are learning from the experience of working with and for them. This year AstraZeneca K.K. has agreed to become a sponsor at the Premier level and pledged to match funds raised by the ACCJ KISS Charity Concert to the amount of 500,000 yen. So please buy a ticket and come enjoy the Concert and help raise funds for this worthy cause that benefits children and your local community. Fund Recipients The main criteria for consideration (1) a non-profit organization that benefits children (2) the NPO should work 'hand-in-hand with KISS students so that our involvement is not driven solely by monetary donations, but a genuine desire for each KISS volunteer to directly help children in need. Current beneficiaries are: a. The Poco a Poco Orphanage in Amagasaki b. 'Child Chemo House'

DONATIONS Even if you are unable to attend please consider purchasing a ticket to support the event and donate a seat to a child from The Poco a Poco Orphanage, 'Child Chemo House' or students from the local community.
