During the last couple of years, there have been several changes in the Direct Marketing regulations. Mr. Masayuki Kakio from the Japan Direct Marketing Association (JADMA) will explain the updates that affect direct marketers, such as: 1. The current status of Japan's telecommunications markets 2. The consumer agency that was established in September 2009 3. The December 2009 Commerce Law revision 4. E-Mail advertising Opt-In regulation 5. Trends in TV shopping Mr. Kakio's presentation will be in Japanese with English translation.
