A delegation from the American IP Law Association will be coming to Japan on the week of April 16. As in past years, we will be giving a briefing to the delegation on recent patent, trademark and copyright law developments here in Japan. The briefing will be on Wednesday, April 18 from 14:30 to 16:00 at the ACCJ Boardroom. We welcome interested members to join the discussion as we will also get an update from the AIPLA delegation regarding the issues they are involved in. Space is very limited due to the large size of the AIPLA delegation and limited seating in the ACCJ Boardroom, so please reply by April 13 to secure your name on the registration list. First come, first served. If you would like to present on a topic (a five-minute update is fine), please let us know.
