For more than 35 years, the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Guidelines have helped foster sustainable development through responsible business. Alan Yu, the U.S. National Point of Contact for the OECD Guidelines for Multi-National Enterprises, will discuss his work in global corporate social responsibility. Mr. Yu will explore issues in human rights; bribery; information disclosure; labor; the environment; consumer interests; science and technology; competition; and due diligence and supply chains.
