The ACCJ Chubu External Affairs Committee (EAC) invites you on September 6th to join us for a special luncheon with Mr. David Miller, the newly-arrived Minister-Counselor of the Office of Agricultural Affairs for the U.S. Embassy Tokyo.

Prior to arriving to Japan, Mr. Miller served in high profile positions in the USDA’'s Foreign Agricultural Service. He was the lead coordinator for the USDA'’s participation in the agricultural portfolio of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), the Doha Development Agenda (DDA) trade negotiations, numerous Free Trade Agreements, and the USDA’'s participation in all other bilateral, plurilateral and multilateral trade negotiations. He also has served in many foreign posts such as in Switzerland, and the Philippines.

Mr. Miller will be speaking about the future of Food and Agriculture in East Asia, so we hope that you can join us for this rare opportunity to spend time with a leading authority on agricultural trade issues as well as U.S. agricultural trade promotion.
