This meeting is an excellent team building event for not only Aerospace teams but all teams, no matter what industry you are actively involved. It touches supplier quality management issues by reviewing Managing Quality concepts, reviewing a case study on supplier quality and ending with a brain storming event on how to provide better supplier quality.

This presentation will begin and end with the following question: What would change in your life or business if you focused on doing everything right the first time? The case study video presents an interesting question for everyone: Does the definition of supplier quality greatly change through time? From this exercise we can all learn how to work together and create better quality products, which will in turn save overall cost and schedule for your business. Everyone should learn how important requirements are and how everyone has responsibility in incorporating quality into their products.
