ACCJ events are an ideal way for members to maximize an impression on an extremely valuable audience your highest potential customers all in one room!
As a Commercial Member (Company and Corporate Sustaining) you have access to a variety of sponsorship opportunities at ACCJ programs. Events with a strong networking focus, such as our Meet & Greet parties, golf tournaments, annual Charity Ball, and industry-specific symposia, are designed with essential sponsorship components and offer excellent opportunities to increase your visibility to key audiences. Opportunities surrounding these events are described when they are announced.
ESP: Event Sponsorship Program
The ACCJ also offers a limited sponsorship opportunity at general events under the Event Sponsorship Program (ESP). Dependent on the ACCJ host committee chair's approval, a maximum of one commercial member company can sponsor an ESP event.
Benefits:
- Sponsor table: As the event sponsor, you'll be provided with one table (either near to the reception table or inside the room near to the primary entrance) that you can use to display your brochures and takeaway items, and as a base to collect business cards and meet people.
- Complimentary admission: One representative from your company will be admitted free of charge to take care of the table and speak to interested members and guests. (A meal also will be provided if the event includes one.)
- Signage: You also can have your company signage on (or hanging from) the table. If your company is providing the speaker, your company logo is permitted in the projected speaker presentation slides so long as the logo covers less than 10% of the total page area, and so long as the presentation slides are an integral part of the discussion.
- Special thanks: In addition to your table and free entry for your company representatives, the committee chair emceeing the event will thank your firm for sponsoring the program and encourage the attendees to stop by your table at the end of the event.
Cost: 35,000 yen per event.

- The table dimensions will be confirmed ahead of confirming sponsorship.
- No other signage, models or props are permitted off of the sponsor's table except when such items are integral to the presentation with consent of both the event Chair and ACCJ office.
- The ACCJ is not responsible for cancellations, low turnout, costs related to setting up the table or shipment of materials to and from the venue, setting up or staffing the sponsorship table, or theft or damage to materials or products brought to the event.
- Neither the ACCJ nor the venue shall be responsible for storing or disposing of the sponsor's materials.
- An electrical outlet may or may not be available for use.
- Sponsors are not allowed to use audio.
- During the speaker's presentation and the Q&A period, the sponsor table will be closed for business, and all potential distraction turned off.
- In compliance with our Privacy policy, a list of attendees will not be provided to the sponsor.
How do I choose an event and become a sponsor?

You can find suitable programs by reviewing the events posted in the Member Data Center or the ChamberDates event listing. After identifying the ones you want to sponsor, please send an email to the Programs Department at programs@accj.or.jp, making sure to put "ESP sponsor" in the subject line and including the event name and date as well as your name and member ID. Sponsorship reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be contacted shortly after we receive your message.
