The "Perspectives" column by former ACCJ Executive Director Donald Westmore appeared in the ACCJ Journal each month from January 2004 until his departure, with a feature article in the June 2006 issue. Mr. Westmore discusses economic, political and social issues, developments and contexts of interest that affect business conditions in Japan. His perspective is informed by more than forty years in Japan and Asia as a diplomat, businessman, writer and lecturer, including eight years with the ACCJ.
