Don't you want to say to some of your sales staff...enough already, "STOP COMPLAINING, START SELLING!" However, the problem lies with these sales reps not knowing what actions need to be taken and/or the sales manager not able to coach how or what needs to be done. There are certain practical and short-term activities that can potentially result in producing immediate sales. Some of the items we'll talk about at the luncheon include: Territory realignment for quick sales increases; Quarterly promotions for customers + incentives for sales reps; Role playing for sales reps - practicing how to handle objections and closing; and Team selling - opportunities to work together and overcome individual weaknesses. Ziya Muhamedcani brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in Japan. For the past 18 years, as president of the Madison Company, Ziya has conducted practical sales and marketing training programs in Japanese and consulted on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) activities at over 100 multinational and Japanese companies across many industries in Japan, such as medical, retail, hospitality, industrial and consumer goods.
