Since its launch in the 1990s, 360-degree feedback has been used in many organizational settings as an important tool for appraisals and development. In recent years, Harvard Business Review and others suggest the need for updating 360-degree feedback methods. A new process-oriented method, "721 Feedback,? is designed to create a better performance culture, improve staff satisfaction, and reduce unnecessary interpersonal issues/conflicts in the workplace and with clients. Used in many organizations globally, as well as in extremely tense international conflicts involving many diversity issues, the "721" method respects the details of realistic situations, and also recognizes the desire to have better staff and customer relationships.
To help us understand and apply the new method, Amy and Arny Mindell will give a brief introduction to the Process Work Institute?s 721 Feedback and its principles. They will demonstrate the method, and offer participants the chance to practice 721 Feedback and apply this method to a personal, group, or business feedback issue. Join this workshop to improve how you give and receive feedback and discover how it may be applied in your business or personal relationships. With practice, 721 Feedback can facilitate gender and other diversity issues for the benefit of all concerned.
