The popular North America - Europe Golf Challenge in Japan, better known as the Mercedes-Benz - Cole Haan Cup will be played on Friday, October 4, at the Atsugi Kokusai Country Club in Kanagawa prefecture. The tournament features a friendly competition between Team North America and Team Europe, along with Individual competition for everyone and a Women’s competition. Competitions aside, the tournament is focused on fun, seeing old friends, and making new ones. All players from experienced beginners to single handicappers are welcome.
The organizing task force, Cole Haan Japan, Mercedes-Benz Japan, and many other sponsors are working hard to make this 17th tournament the most memorable one yet for all participants.
The title sponsors are also generously inviting all players and their significant others to an After Party on Thursday, October 10, at the Mercedes-Benz Connection, at no additional charge.
Registration is now open, so please sign up with your friends before the player roster is full. The participation cost has two parts: a 3,000 yen non-refundable registration fee and a 21,700 yen play fee. The total fee covers the green fee, caddie, lunch, beverages, buffet at the awards reception, and fantastic prizes. For full registration guidelines and details, please click here.
Note: Round-trip bus transportation is free for the first 40 to sign-up. For your safety and comfort, if you are planning on drinking alcohol, please sign-up for the bus or plan to ride with a designated driver.
Last year the event was fully booked by mid-August, so don't delay!
