With the third anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations sustainable development goals (SDGs), the Alternative Investment Committee is launching the “INVESTING FOR THE SDGs” series to show how corporates, issuers and investors are increasingly adopting the SDGs as a tool to channel sustainability efforts.
In this first installment, we will look at how major corporations are aligning their sustainability strategy with the SDGs.
Jin Montesano, LIXIL Chief Public Affairs officer, will share how Lixil is integrating the SDGs at the core of their business strategy. More specifically, the speaker will share:
- How SDG materiality analysis promotes clear impact targets and benchmarks
- How to implement a comprehensive strategy for the SDGs across the business model
- How to communicate the SDG strategy internally
- How relevant KPIs look at both corporate performance and contribution to the SDGs.
- How to engage investors on SDG related initiatives.
