Business forecasting is key to making the most of new opportunities and avoiding new hazards. When it comes to predicting the future, changes in the relationship between the United States and Japan bring about some of the most important factors—even for the smallest internationally focused businesses in Japan. But who among us can afford to keep abreast of all aspects of these changes? Minister Counselor for Economic and Science Affairs Embassy of the United States, Tokyo, Nicholas Hill, can.
In this lunch meeting, Mr. Hill and attendees will discuss recent developments in US–Japan economic relations and how these might affect the bilateral relationship. The experiences Mr. Hill had serving in the Foreign Service over the past 30 years coupled with the unique insight gained through multiple assignments in Japan should make for lunch conversation that is both fascinating and informative. If you only need something to eat, there are quicker options. But if you want something to chew over—that will benefit your business—this is the best lunch out there.
