About the Speaker
Stanislav Vecera is currently the President and Representative Director of Procter & Gamble (P&G) Japan K.K., having taken over the post in 2015. Vecera started his career at P&G more than 25 years ago in the Sales division in his home country of the Czech Republic. After successfully leading P&G expansion into African markets, he has, for the past four years, been growing P&G’s business in the challenging Japanese market with flat-to-declining categories in an aging population. His strong belief, formed through his diverse cultural and organizational experience, is, “Happy people sell more cases.”
