Join us to learn how LINE, Mercari, Yahoo! Japan, and other leading Japanese tech companies are working with startups via acquisitions, investments, and partnerships to increase their own business potential. David Corbin, CEO of TIA Japan, will provide the answers and also discuss how this arms race impacts Japan’s startup community.
In Japan, TIA’s clients include Fujitsu, MUFG Bank, and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). David previously served as director of content, developing TIA’s annual conferences in Singapore, Bangalore, Tokyo, and Jakarta. He formerly worked at Rakuten in post-merger integration and public policy analysis, and is a die-hard iekei ramen fan.
