To help companies navigate the changes in U.S. immigration and visa laws, we are pleased to welcome back Richard Goldstein, a U.S. immigration lawyer with offices in New York and London, who has been a valuable information source for the ACCJ on these key issues.
Mr. Goldstein has been a U.S. immigration lawyer working in the field of business visa and immigration for almost 40 years, and has been coming to Japan twice a year since 1980 to lecture on U.S. and international immigration matters.
Mr. Goldstein will explain the current policies and procedures for adjudicating and renewing temporary work visas, the changes in U.S. politics and society over his career, and his predictions for the future.
