Come participate in a cross-cultural interactive performance about Hiroshi, a Japanese manager who works for a US company in Japan. We will leverage the power of stories to examine cross-cultural misunderstandings and roadblocks that distract and frustrate managers, hinder business, and derail careers in the multicultural workplace.
This interactive performance integrates a live stage play with lively small-group discussion and discovery. Come learn something new, share and compare your own stories, and consider new ways of putting yourself into the shoes of others in a friendly, small group environment. You’ll also be supporting cross-cultural academic research being conducted at Hitotsubashi University in the process. This event is aimed at anyone—newbie or veteran—whose work crosses cultures.
