Mr. Mestecky is the head of Kitahama Partners' European Practice Group and advises clients on international intellectual property, as well as, corporate and commercial transactional and arbitration matters. He is also a former Governor and Vice President of the ACCJ and currently serves on the ACCJ Kansai Executive Committee.
