Edelman Japan, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2025, is a dynamic bilingual and bicultural team of approximately 70 professionals representing a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Japanese and English are used interchangeably in daily work, creating a truly international workplace where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration across cultures is the norm. Our team combines global best practices with deep local insight to support some of the world’s most recognized brands and organizations across corporate, brand, media, and digital and social communications. Edelman Japan fosters an open and flat culture where interns are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and speak up in a psychologically safe and supportive environment.
