EPAM is looking for a Senior Account Manager to support and grow our capital markets client portfolio in Japan.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with financial institutions such as investment banks, brokerages, and securities firms. The Account Manager will be responsible for account profitability, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of EPAM’s cutting edge technology solutions and consulting services.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at capital markets and investment banking clients in Japan.

• Present EPAM’s capabilities in digital transformation, trading platforms, risk management, regulatory compliance, and AI solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth through consultative, solution-based selling.

• Develop and implement account plans, growth strategies, and client proposals.

• Represent EPAM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Japan.

• Manage client financials, including contracts, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What You Bring

• Experience in account management within Japan’s capital markets sector.

• Strong understanding of financial services industry trends, regulations, and technology needs in Japan.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at financial institutions.

• Strategic approach to account growth and margin management.

• Technical literacy, including familiarity with AI and data analytics solutions.

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English (JLPT N1 or equivalent).

• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
