ACCJ-TELL Mental Health Summit

The ACCJ and TELL (Tokyo English Life Line) will hold a Spring Mental Health Summit from April 8-9, 2022.

The conference theme is Building Resilience - Moving past reactivity to foster strength and resilience for all.

Companies in Japan and around the world are finding that mental health conditions are quickly overshadowing other workplace issues, leaving many scrambling to adequately address these needs. At this conference, we will explore ways to develop wellness and resilience skills across a range of disciplines that employees, educators, and individuals can use to inform organizational or personal roadmaps for safety, well-being, and future success. Key industry experts will highlight success stories and ways we can strengthen our agility and ability to adapt in challenging times.
