We are looking for sponsors who can support the series. There will be opportunities to promote your corporate logo. This year we will not be listing sponsors in alphabetical order. Instead, we will be listing sponsor in order of the timing of their sponsorship commitment.

Bronze Sponsor: 100,000 yen sponsorship*

There is a waiting list for sponsors that might open up later - depending on the seats currently reserved for the general public. Please sign up for Silver sponsorship level and contact ACCJ Programs Team if you are interested in being in the wait list to upgrade your sponsorship.

Sponsor companies are allocated a number of reserved seats as part of their sponsorship. Please see the allocation in the chart below. The ACCJ Programs team will be in touch with you regarding the seats allocation.

FAQs

  • We encourage the sponsor to consider who in the company might benefit from the program. We want the right people to attend. We ask that you consider giving your employees the power to decide if they want to be with other similar company employees or to be randomly assigned to other participants.

  • Yes. Sessions will be conducted in English. Japanese translation will be provided for some portions. The plan is for each safety circle of 4 that all share the same native language (Japanese or English).

  • No, each workstream will have the same trainer/facilitator for all four sessions. But please keep in mind, that there are three different workstreams. Participants will stay in one workstream, with the same trainer/facilitator and the same safety circle of 4 participants for all four sessions. No changes, no substitutions.

  • Yes, the idea is that you will be committed to each other for the entire series. Participants are required to attend all sessions to preserve the integrity of the four-person safety circle. This creates a better opportunity for learning, builds trust and, hopefully, will foster ongoing mutual support.

  • Groups will be chosen at random. If you would like to form a group in advance, please contact programs@accj.or.jp.

  • ACCJ Member early-bird fee: ¥25,000 (first 20 signs-ups)

    Member fee: ¥30,000

    Guest fee: ¥35,000

    Meal: Bento box lunch

    The package includes four workshops and a teach-back cocktail party.
