MC & Performance by Nelson Babin-Coy
Serving as emcee and host for the evening’s festivities is Nelson Babin-Coy, who has appeared on NHK World and has written the English lyrics for “Paprika,” along with songs for artists like SEKAI NO OWARI and Gesu no Kiwami Otome. In addition his musical career, his titles include producer, radio DJ, and web creator; he is active as a multi-talented professional across various industries.
Gourmet Buffet with Festive American Cuisine
Hilton Tokyo has curated a special holiday-themed menu with many American gourmet dishes for the buffet. Live buffet stations including roast beef carving, honey glazed ham, and a festive taco bar. The menu also includes: Caesar salad bar, Salmon Puff scrips, Hawaiian Style Mini Poke Bowl, Boursin Cranberries Pesto Swirl (Vegetarian), Chilled tuna tartare, Homemade signature mini beef burgers, and falafel (vegan), along with an array of desserts!
