Tokyo, Japan — June 17, 2026 — VEGA Japan marked its 15th anniversary with a full day of immersive technology experiences and industry celebrations held at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo on May 22, 2026. Bringing together partners, clients, sponsors, and industry professionals from across Japan’s AV and technology sectors, the events highlighted VEGA’s continued commitment to innovation, collaboration, and experiential technology throughout the APAC region.

The anniversary program consisted of three signature events held throughout the day: the Immersive Product Showcase, the Experiential Dessert Tasting Gala, and the VEGA Japan 15th Anniversary Celebration Party.

The day began with the Immersive Product Showcase, an interactive exhibition featuring cutting-edge audiovisual technologies, immersive audio solutions, AV-over-IP systems, projection mapping, and advanced display technologies. Hosted in the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo Grand Ballroom, the showcase featured sponsor booths and live demonstrations from leading global technology brands, allowing guests to experience the latest innovations shaping the future of immersive environments and enterprise AV solutions.

Attendees were also introduced to VEGA Japan’s large-scale 360-degree projection environment and immersive audio system, designed specifically to demonstrate how experiential technologies can transform hospitality, corporate, entertainment, and event spaces.

Guests experienced a synchronized journey of projection mapping, spatial audio, and visual environments paired alongside each dessert course. The event showcased how immersive technologies can elevate guest engagement and create memorable experiential environments beyond traditional AV applications.

The evening concluded with the VEGA Japan 15th Anniversary Celebration Party, where clients, partners, sponsors, and industry peers gathered to commemorate the company’s milestone anniversary. The celebration featured live music, networking opportunities, food and beverages, and remarks recognizing the partnerships and collaborations that have contributed to VEGA Japan’s growth over the past fifteen years.
