METROPOLITAN GRILL will offer an extraordinary two-day culinary pop-up featuring Chef Zor Tan, Executive Chef and Founder of BORN, a Michelin-starred restaurant ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. Taking place on December 4 and 5, this exclusive event will showcase Chef Zor’s distinctive contemporary cuisine, seamlessly blending French finesse with Chinese heritage and philosophy. Guests will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu inspired by “The Circle of Life” — BORN’s guiding concept that celebrates memory, emotion, and transformation through food.

シンガポールのミシュラン星付きレストラン「BORN(ボーン)」のエグゼクティブシェフ兼創業者、ゾー・タン氏を迎え、12月4日(木)、5日(金)限定で特別なガストロノミーポップアップイベントをホテル2階「メトロポリタングリル」にて開催します。フランス料理の繊細な技巧に中国料理の精神を融合させたゾー・タン氏独自のコンテンポラリー・キュイジーヌを披露。BORNの哲学でもある“The Circle of Life(生命の環)”をテーマに、記憶・感情・変化を一皿ごとに映し出すコースを通して、食が語る物語を体感いただけます。
