What you will do:
You will support a variety of functions within PGIM Real Estate (Japan) Ltd. including, but not limited to, transactions, asset management, investment research and client services.
What you can expect to learn:
Transactions:
Underwriting / financial modeling (i.e. cash flow projections, etc.)
Market research analysis
Provide support for ongoing due diligence and preparation of materials.
(i.e. investment committee memorandums for internal purposes and/or for external clients)
Assistance of ongoing divestment activities
Asset Management:
Preparation of asset cash flow projections and internal presentation materials
Research support for benchmarking exercises and lease negotiations for existing properties
Gain an overall understanding of asset management and its impact on the fund’s performance
Obtain and/or enhance software skills used in the real estate industry
Assistance of ongoing divestment activities
What you will bring:
Your required qualifications
Have work eligibility in Japan on full-time basis. (Have citizenship of Japan)
Proficiency in English is preferred
Intermediate/advanced Japanese is required (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
Current student (undergraduate or graduate), GPA3.5 or above
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, along with skills in PowerPoint, Word
Good cross-cultural communications and interpersonal skills
Contract Term:
6 months preferred, minimum 3 months, from the mutually agreed date.
Working Hours:
9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The Prudential Tower 16F, 2-13-10 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan
